How can I track my package?

All stages of preparation, shipping and delivery will be communicated to you by email for complete peace of mind.
What are the shipping and delivery times?
We do our best to prepare each order within 1 to 2 working days .
The shipment is then made within 1 to 2 working days , and delivery takes approximately 6 to 10 working days depending on your country.
You will receive an email at each stage of your order.
Is delivery free?
Delivery may be free depending on current promotions or special periods.
If a free delivery offer is available, it will be clearly indicated on our website at the time of your order.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Currently, we primarily deliver to Canada .
During your order, you will be able to check if your country is eligible for Fluppyz delivery.
Where do you ship the products from?
Our offices are located in France , and our main warehouse is based internationally .
We are currently working on opening a warehouse in Canada , in order to further reduce delivery times.
I haven't received all the items in my order, what's going on?
Some products may be shipped separately depending on their availability.
If your order contains multiple items, you may receive several packages a few days apart.
I received a damaged item, what should I do?

We will send you a new item or offer a suitable solution.
